A pencil drawing of Arno Breker’s plaster head of the “Bereitschaft” / “Readiness” statue. Unfortunately this, along with the colossal bronze model, were destroyed after WWII. Created in 1939, the statue depicted a male nude drawing a sword, with excellently modelled muscles and sketchily modelled outlines of the head.
